We offer consultancy services in order to help you make sure you make the right choices for your business. Flip Connect can offer an audit of your current system and then based on this we can recommend a solution that will best meet your needs. If this means installing a new system then we can make a recommendation and then carry out the installation. If your existing system does not need to be changed then we can make recommendations on how the current system can be improved.

We have developed an in-house API that we can use to integrate your phone system with your CRM system. This will allow you to benefit from features such as screen popping which will bring up customers details when they call in or you can click to dial out to customers from within your CRM.
